Sherry Tollette's Background
Over 20 years in hotel hospitality, Restaurants, off site catering and marketing. Former Director of Sales and Wedding Planner at Izatys Resort (2000-2004). Managed corporate travel business at Torgerson Properties (2004-2009). Oversaw reopening of Izatys Resort in 2009, leading to its recognition as Minnesota's best resort in 2011. Achievements at Izatys Resort Increased weddings from 2 in 2009 to 40 in 2012. Grew event business from 4 events in 2009 to 100 in 2012. Tavern at Wild Marsh
Took over Tavern at Wild Marsh after four failed operators in six years. Applied expertise in event planning and marketing to improve operations. Riverwood Tavern
Co-created restaurant and event business at Riverwood National Golf Course in 2016. Negotiated a six-year lease and utilized crossmarketing strategies. Enhanced social events for homeowners and corporate gatherings. Greenhaven Golf Course In 2017, negotiated a food and beverage lease with the City of Anoka. Improved customer relations and revenue through a remodeled restaurant catering to golfers. Created a scaling lease to increase revenue for the city due to increased event and restaurant business
